Staff and branch manager are not helpful at all. I had 2 wealth management accounts which I opened at this branch. I had tried to close the first a few years ago and they told me it couldn't be done at the branch and that I had to call the corporate offices. I went to another branch and they took care of it right away. Today, I wanted to close the second account. I went to the NHP branch again where I opened my account, and again they told me they couldn't help me at the branch and I was sent away. I called the main offices, and they told me of course it can be done at the branch. I am making an appointment at another branch for tomorrow. A simple procedure, and the staff and manager cannot help with.

I went in to notarize a document which should have taken no more than 5 minutes and ended up being here for an hour. While patiently waiting for some time, another customer walked in and the teller asks how she could be helped. She came in to notarize a document as well and was done within 2 minutes. I was livid as to why I didn't receive that same treatment when I walked in. NO ANSWER... The manager walked by me and did not acknowledge me. She just let me sit there. After 45 minutes, a representative finally came up to me, and she directed me to the teller. All I did was laugh and say, REALLY. I HAVE BEEN SITTING HERE FOR 45 MINUTES & I WAS COMPLETLY IGNORED. I truly hate this location and everyone in it.

These woman sit at their desks babbling and gossiping on the phone all day but won’t help a customer waiting to be helped. Horrible service Surekhsa Bassi should be disciplined.

I’m not a huge fan but I’ve been with them for many, many years. You’d think they’d pay me a $12 service fee.

Staff and manger have no knowledge, they need training and better communication skills.

I had an almost perfect experience today! I say almost bc I needed to open an account and get something notarized. I couldn’t get thru on the phone to c if a notary was there but I went anyway. No notary. However I found the staff there very helpful, especially Charlene. She helped me open an account and was efficient and friendly. What a doll! She found a branch not much further from her’s where there was a notary.

WENT TO RESOLVE ISSUE OPENING AN ACCOUNT AND REP EMA TOOK A CUSTOMER THAT CAME AFTER ME. SHE SAID THAT THEY HAD AN ONLINE APPOINTMENT. I WENT ONLINE AND THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO FIND HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. REP SYEEDA PARVEEN HAD NO IDEA HOW TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND COULD NOT GIVE ME AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANY ONE FOR THE NEXT DAY. I CALLED HER ALL MORNING BEFORE GOING TO THE BRANCH AND SHE NOR ANY ONE ELSE ANSWERED THE PHONE. I CALLED HER NUMBER WHILE I WAS AT HER DESK AND SHE HAD TURNED OFF THE VOLUME TO HER DESK PHONE. NO WONDER NO ONE ANSWER. I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE TWICE TRYING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT AT THIS BRANCH. NO ONE KNEW WHAT TO DO TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE OR COORDINATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE.
