I’ve been with Citadel for 20years. Never had anything but positive experiences. Richard Grey and Lester Neri are amazingly helpful and knowledgeable employees who deserve recognition from the head office! My Father, mother, and wife are also members.

I always forget there is a citadel here. The times that i came in, i was happy with the service and the staff was very helpful all the time. Always smiling and trying to help as much they can.

The customer service is great Chris and Marissa are very wonderful and nice

I’ve been working with Debbie on an auto loan that I had that’s being dissolved due to a complete loss (insurance decision) and GAP insurance. When you have a loan, you don’t think about it that much. You just pay it. When I signed up for GAP insurance, I truly didn’t know much about it. Debbie has been professional at all times and has communicated clearly. She’s been a huge help!

The staff are always polite and try to help in any way they can. I love this bank!

I had a cashier's check issued from the bank. It was lost in the mail and I Citadel made me wait 90 days to report it missing and refund my money. Then, when that day came, they tried to charge me a $25 fee to cancel the check. Very inconvenient, obviously only looking out for their own interest and attempting to capitalize on my misfortune. I thought credit unions were different from big corporate banks.

We are trying to get home equity line of credit. The process keeps getting drug out by lack of response times and help from citadel so we went to the branch so we could scan in our paperwork. The person assisting us at the branch was not helpful at all, couldn’t answer our questions just as the loan officer failed to do, couldn’t look up our file to make sure we had everything and now we have to go back AGAIN because they failed to explain what they needed. Go to another bank. Maybe you will have better luck. UPDATE: NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT. AND NOW THEY ARE BEING REDICULOUS WITH UNDERWRITING. I have NEVER dealt with a process so incredibly infuriating. Please do yourselves a favor and go to a different bank.

Used to be a good bank until they allowed my acct to be hacked and wiped out, even overdrawn. No refunds, even charged me overdraft fees. Switching to a better bank.

I’ve been to dive bars with better customer courtesy They close on Saturdays at 2:0pm, I arrived at 2:09pm because I was at a funeral. They waved at me through the door and said “we close at 2”

Citadel refuses to refund money which was taken out of my account because of fraud. They will not reverse a $30 overdraft fee related to purchases which I have proven are fraudulent. I spoke with Leda M. Hart the manager here and she refuses to refund the over draft fee. I don't suggest banking here in today's times when online fraud is so rampant.
