I'm an ATM technician and Citadel is one of my company's customers. I've been servicing their branches for over 7 months and today was the day that I opened a Checking and Savings account. The people are fantastic and Citadel is forward thinking on cutting edge ATM technology. I've never thought that I would actually want to step foot inside a bank for business purposes but because of the streamline nature of how their credit union is run I now feel happy walking into this credit union. I'm ditching my old credit union for this one. Trust me, walk in and talk to these folks their great.

Had to get a bank check. Was waiting for a while to speak to someone who could identify me, but I love this place! The only thing I don't like is the fees which have gone up by a lot!
