Cilisa has been so helpful throughout this process; I’ll do my best to detail her selling points, but honestly..words will never be enough. First of all, she always answers her phone when I have a question, which is amazing. I couldn’t imagine going through this with a person who was hard to get a hold of. But beyond that she is extremely knowledgeable about the process of getting a home loan. Literally, any question that I have - if she doesn’t know the answer (which is rare) then she will find it for me in a timely manner.
