I've been with State Farm for 50+ years and with this office for 8 years. I just met with Jen for my annual check-in and am reminded what truly nice people these are as well as knowledgeable and professional. I recommend them.

Recently, met with Nicole to go over a new quote from switching from pervious insurance company. She was very informative and broke everything down to understand current & new policy much better. I appreciate all the help from them! Highly recommended for anyone looking to make a switch!

We had state farm years ago and switched to another insurance company. But Chuck's office called me every year asking if they could run numbers to see if they could save us money. I didn't always have time to go through it but did it a couple of times over the years. They couldn't save us money until this last time, Nicole called and she caught me at a time where I was able to have her run though everything. They are saving us money and we were able to get back to a local agent!

Recently, a deer smashed my car and before even the tow truck arrived, the State Farm Claims agent was making sure I was ok, arranging authorization for a rental car, and figuring out where to have it towed. The Total Loss Department made a decision quickly and I was paid out within a week. I really felt supported and respected during an unexpected transition.
