    Cody and the Asst Manager took exceptional care of me!! Cody sold me my daughters car for college in 2019 and I was happy and grateful that he was there! Asst Manager introduced himself and was absolutely awesome!! Please give Cody a raise! He has to be the most spectacular salesman u have ever had!! When my son turns 16 we will come back again to purchase his truck! Extremely happy with Chuck Hutton! I’m hoping they can fix my butt warmers in my new ride as it’s not working! Lol

    Every time I bring my truck in for service I'm treated great, everything is done in a timely manner, and they even go above and beyond as far as communication and doing anything they can do to please us as the customers! I recommend the service department to my friends and family all the time!

    Heather Arnold was very friendly and helpful. She and the rental car team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was good. I am thankful I was miraculously able to secure a rental although they were in high demand and no immediate availability.

    I came in for an oil change with Heather in the service department and I had her to check my points which came up to $60 and some change and I said I had enough for the oil change. So when I was called to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I I had to pay out of pocket for something that was supposed to be free since she left without putting it in the computer like the lady told her. to make sure she put it in the computer before she but she didn’t. but I had to pay out of my pocket for her carelessness. There were four other ladies up there in the same position that I was in and they were very very upset. I hate that I ever bought cars from you all. I called an let A message with the manager Darrell the next day in your deals Saturday and he hasn’t even returned my phone call the service up there is very bad. It’s time for a few more of family members to get a trade in and myself also but I can guarantee this we will not be buying another vehicle from this car dealership. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Your staff was very helpful under the circumstances. Our Blazer was in the shop for 11 or 12 days before a tech was assigned. Times are difficult right now but we were given a loaner to drive and not charged. I like the people at Chuck Hutton. I hope the times improve so we can get back to some level of normal.

    When I arrived for my appointment there was not one person at the service desk for about 5 minutes. When someone did arrive they did not acknowledge the three customers that were standing there waiting. Also, there was no warning that there would be a charge for using a card for payment. This should have been mentioned when the appointment was made and in the email appointment follow-up. I really wish I could go somewhere else to get my oil change.

    Called and explained that lost my entire key, got a price of $64.99 and $143 to program the remote. Got there was told it would be one hour, waited almost 4 hours. And then was given a totally different price and only a key fob no key with totally didn’t prices. Staff here lacks a lot of common sense. I called the manager with no returned called. From now on I’ll use a different dealer. I have issues every time I come to this place.

    I went in to purchase a Cadillac Escalade Esv on the 9th of April. I was told it was on Sale for 17900 by Mr Shannon. Mr Parrish was doing my paperwork and I noticed the price went back up to 22900. Mr Parrish told me he had to mark the price back up because the bank wouldn't accept the loan at 17900. I proceeded with the deal. I called them a few days later wanting to speak to Mr Parrish but it to several days for him to contact me. The crazy thing about it is they didn't say anything about the suspension being messed up. I left with a dirty vehicle and a broken door handle. I finally talked to Mr Greg Echols and he pretty much said he was not going to change the paperwork because they gave me 6000 for my vehicle. I owed like 5145 on my trade-in. He said that's the reason they marked it back up to 22900. I was not told that by Mr Ricky Parrish the finance manager. Mr Greg Echols said the only thing he is willing to is give me my vehicle and my money back. I think its messed up how they treat people especially since I'm a disabled veteran. They don't value their customers.

    My advisor, Mr, Gregory Kinsely, was amazing. However, the amount of time the service took was ridiculous. I had an appointment at 7am , I even got there 10 minutes early. I was the second car there. I did not leave until well after 10:00. All i needed was my remote programmed. My advisor did his absolute best to keep me informed of everything. My only frustration was the amount of time the service took. I scheduled my appointment at 7 so I would not miss my classes, but I did. I do not understand the point of having an appointment at 7, if I was going to been there for 3 and a half hours.

    I called to see if a Silverado 3500 they have on their website was available and was told that the dealership is adding $3000.00 markup on Silverados due to high demand. So instead of $83,000.00 like the website says, it will be $86,000.00. What a great way to make a few extra dollars and send your customers to your competitors. I suppose they think they are the ONLY dealership! Keep your vehicle!

    Waited over 3 weeks for a repair. No loaner or rental available. Inconsiderate employees. My air did not work when repairs were complete. It worked when I dropped it off originally. I was told to bring it back and when I arrived they told me to come back in 2 days

    There was a total lack of communication about my vehicle. I left several messages without a return phone call. This was a totally poor experience from the start as I waited about 30 minutes before I was greeted by an advisor and went downhill from there. Was told that I needed a battery but once technician discovered that I had just purchased a battery, the battery was no longer as issue. My vehicle also was not washed after service was performed, oil change sticker and oil life reset was not updated as well. I lost just about all the confidence that I had with Chuck Hutton Chevrolet based on this last experience. I also do not think that my tires were rotated even though I paid to have them rotated. Just a very poor experience.

    I arrived at 6:45, yes I know you open at 7:00. I wanted to beat the crowd. I was second car in line, yes I know others had appointments. I was there until 10:15 for a oil change. I had to mention it to a manager to get someone to check on my vehicle. I saw people come way after me, left before me. The person assisting me made mention that my price was 79.00 because I has coupons. Never mentioned my price would be 126.00. That is outrageous both time and money.

    The service is always great!!! The only thing that needs to get better is, when you have an appt and a person without an appt goes ahead of you. I schedule an appt for an oil change and I have to sit for over 2 hrs it is ridiculous. Something needs to get better with that Mr Greg is an awesome advisor and on 2/11/22, I got an oil change and I was there for one hour.

    My car was kept at the Mount Moriah lot for almost 20 days and received 1 service. I pre-registered for 3 services. I was in line for a diagnostic for over two weeks and nothing happened. I picked car up after no contact with my service person, after repeated promises she would call with updates. She did not. I took my car to a local repair shop and had it fixed in 4 hours. Unfortunately experience was not good.

    I had a 7:30 appointment but arrived at 7:15 and was 4th in line. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete an oil change once they took my truck back. They did not tell me up front the price had almost doubled. I was shocked when I had to pay. I got my truck back and it had not been washed like they say they do with an oil change. I brought these issues up to Lauren and she said well sometimes they wash them and sometimes they don't. If you want to wait I'll have them wash it. I said I've already waited over 2 hours and I'm not going to wait another hour for a car wash that should have already been done, but it makes me wonder what else they didn't do. She also said we don't set the pricing GMC does. Even so, she could have informed me of the dramatic increase in price. I left and don't plan to ever go back.

    Having moved from out of state, I needed to find a dealership that was able to service my vehicle without any hassle. I made an appointment through their website and was hoping for the best based on their good reviews. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by Josh with whom I scheduled the appointment. He was very friendly, professional and customer service focused. He reviewed my appointment notes for what service I needed to have completed, ensured all of my questions were answered and pointed out where the customer service lounge was and/or the show room area to wait for my vehicle. Sherrita at the customer service desk in show room was so sweet and also customer service focused! Thank you Josh and Sherrita for a great first experience and ensuring I have found a great home for my vehicle service needs!

    I set up an appointment and brought my car in on Tuesday, November 9 due to it overheating. I was told at that time by my Service Advisor Lauren that it would be looked at on Friday, November 12. I tried to get a status on November 12 by leaving 2 messages (10am & 3pm) with the customer service representative to have my service advisor call me. No returned call. I sent an email to Darryl Downs (Service Director) and left another message for my advisor to call me on Saturday, November 13. No response to the email or returned call. I physically went to the Service Department on Monday, November 15 to get a status update. My advisor was at lunch but Mr. Greg Kinsey assisted me in getting a rental car and left a note for my advisor to call me. No returned call. I sent Kerry Melson (VP/DOO) an email on Tuesday, November 16 and received no response. A friend, who works at Chuck Hutton, went to Lauren on Thursday, November 18 and only at that point she called me claiming that she told me that there was a 14 day backlog and I was on day 8. On service days 15 and 16 (November 30 and December 1), I repeatedly tried to call and get a status update. My calls were now not rolling over to a service representative but going straight to voicemail. On day 17 (Thursday, December 2), I physically returned to the Service Department and spoke with my advisor who informed me that they were now 23 days behind and they MIGHT be able to get to my car sometime this week. After Chuck Hutton having my car for just shy of 4 weeks with no action, I returned on Saturday, December 4 to return my rental car and retrieve my car unserviced. I am out $521 for the rental and my car is still not repaired. I will give kudos to Mr. Greg Kinsey and Ms. Tina in Rentals. Outside of these two people, my experience was terrible.

    I called another dealership about a tire and they didn’t get back to me until 5 that day….same day, after being informed this dealership would have to order the tire and it could take up to 3 days to get, I called Chuck Hutton. The lady that answered said they would look to see if tire was in stock and if it wasn’t they would find it within a few hours! Amazing to go above and beyond. Luckily they had the tire. Only negative was the wait but it was worth it vs waiting three days for a tire.

    This company has had my car for almost a month now. My initial appointment was 8/3/2021. Today is 9/2/2021 Just to find out nothing has been done that I originally brought my car to get checked out for. I originally had a Joshua b. As an advisor weeks went by with no call and I finally popped up just to find out he’s no longer with the company. No one called to inform me or give me any updates. I had to get several Uber’s to and from this facility because no one answers the phone just to get turned around each time because no one can give me a definite answer as to what’s going on. I have had to spend over $1000 for the month for a rental car as well due to not having a vehicle. Yesterday I went to pick up my car (when I was told it was ready) just to get turned around again because “my car would not crank”. My car never had a problem with being cranked up before I dropped it off. This is ridiculous and I’ll never bring another vehicle here again. Here I am today, still without an answer as to what’s going on and where my car is.

    We were Traveling back to Raleigh NC and our car broke down. We had it towed to the service dept. It was about 1:00 Sat and the service closes at 4. There was a long line of customers there. They told us they would do their best to find out what was wrong, they are aware of broken down customers and the stress it caused. And they did! There was not enough time to fix it. We flew home and they kept in contact with me the next about what was needed and the progress. I let them know I needed to pick the car up on Saturday and they worked to get the car fixed/working. I am sure other places treat people well, BUT this is the place I was treated WELL and they understood being broken down out of town. Special thanks to Josh who was our Rep at the Service Dept. He did a GREAT job explaining what they were going to do and could done and then kept me informed while I was back in Raleigh. The Service Manager on duty Saturday (the 10th) was VERY helpful and very willing to help us out and calm our nerves. I am glad I have the chance to let you know. Please let them know I appreciated them and they did a good job at Customer Service.

    The service department on Mt. Moriah is the worst I have ever dealt with and I have owned a lot of vehicles. It’s sad to be that horrible. They had my car for 59 days to diagnose and fix what they say was a broken axle. The only way there was any communication was if I called or emailed. Absolutely pitiful!! As I drive my car home the front end still rattles. So after 59 days they did not fix the problem. The front desk lady is rude as hell also. Worst experience ever with a car place!!!

    This past visit was not good I made an appointment and still had to wait over 2 hours then was told I needed filters when initially I was told I could wait another 2000 miles but an hour later was told it needed to be done this was an extra 80 dollars I didn't have to spend but I was told I would get a rebate only when I submitted I got declined because the filters used was not part of the rebate I'm on a budget just like everyone else with the pandemic and it's frustrating to always have to purchase something else when all I needed was an oil change my car is only 1 year old and was bought brand new but every time I go for a simple oil change I always need something else! This is a new post from just last week and it's crazy I came in for an oil change and I asked that my TPMS be reset on my one of my tires now I got sold on other products and services but my TPMS is now blank on all 4 tires so not only did the one tire not get fixed all my tires are wrong

    Vehicle was in service for two weeks with no follow-up contact. I had to call to get any information. Customers should not be paying over $300 for a diagnosis. That is insane!

    I took my 2018 Chevy Malibu in early June 2021 as it was running hot, this was after I had spent almost 12k on auto repairs/body work in January of this year. Based on what I paid in January, you would think that all the issues would have been resolved with the auto repairs. The June auto repair was over $700 for a part that should have been fixed and caught the first time. My car is still running hot and not fixed!! I have had to find another mechanic and pay additional money to get it fixed. Chuck Hutton Chevrolet kept my car for almost a month and a half with little to no communication and no one offered the use of a service loaner. The service rep, Angela was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and had the audacity to be upset with me about my vehicle, when I am a paying customer. No one ever called back, kept us informed or provided basic customer service. This is the absolute last time I will go to them for repairs or any body work. I have bought numerous vehicles with them in the past, but they have lost me and my family as customers. I refuse to patronize them ever again and if I could give no stars, I would. Angela is a detriment and a liability to your organization with her attitude and her approach to customer service which is non-existent, she never answered calls and was unfamiliar with the vehicle in question when she was the original service advisor!! The mechanics also must not know what they are doing or looking at for an issue like mine to not be resolved.

    Great customer service from my service advisor Donna Williams, I always ask for her by name for each appointment. Since my retirement in March 2020 Chuck Hutton Chevrolet is no longer the closest most convenient dealership but I continue to go there for the customer service and quality repairs.     My sister was visiting me from out of town . Her car developed trouble, it couldn't make it to her rural mechanic. Chuck Hutton said that they were very ,very backed up. Also, commented that the loaner and rental cars were out of inventory. I told them we only had the one Farm pick up truck, left. They took the car onto the lot , explained that it would be two weeks before they could examine it, then call us and repair it. It took a month and my sister was told that it was ready for pick up. After having to deal with the other dealerships, CHUCK HUTTON WAS A BLESSED RELIEF. Thank you for your kind and compassionate care for a family in distress.

    I left my truck for warranty repair. A window leak on brand new trucks is absurd. 55k truck and leaks. Shame on you GM. I dropped off the 2nd time and left my truck there, they did not fix the problem. They had tar and grease all splattered on my white truck. I had to argue with the service manager and they still insisted that they were not responsible. I received poor service quality. I had to spend literally 3 hours removing all the tar/grease from my paint. God forbid if I had a black truck I would not have known. Do not make same mistake and leave your vehicle here to drop off. They did not fix my truck, it is still leaking. Good luck trying to call the service department, no one answers or returns calls. Very horrible experience and will not return. Worst dealership i have ever been.

    Car battery failed still under warranty, had to pay the labor for another battery. ($84) plus get a rental car ($400) because my car was there for 7 days. Every time I called for the service agent I could never talk to her. Had to go to this place 3 times. It's ridiculous how bad the service is. This is the second time this has happened to me. No way will I recommend this place of business.

    Josh did a wonderful job in repairing my 2013 Sonic and preparing my used car for shipment to my son in California. He is also a very personable supervisor! My only complaint is that your robot called me 3 times the previous day to tell me the car was ready. When I arrived the next day to pick it up, it was not ready, which caused me to be delayed 1.5 hours for no reason. I am an executive with a busy schedule.

    A great and friendly staff, facility always clean. The only thing that I would like to be looked more into is, the working space of the service reps. It is very congested. Greg "Never slow down" Kinsey, always make sure he explained everything, make sure that I understand, keep me updated while my vehicle is in service, and he make sure I am satisfied before I leave.     During a trip to Atlanta my Corvette ran hot so I towed it to a dealership in Atlanta and took a flight back home to Olive Branch. I called the dealership in Atlanta to check the status and they had never even touched the car. They stated that it would be at least 4-6 weeks before they could even look at it. So I went and transported the car to a local shop in Olive Branch who stated it looked like major engine problems and they couldn’t work on it so I had it towed to You guys and it was there about 10 days; you corvette person ran test and fixed the problem and it wasn’t a major engine issues. Picked my car up and I’ve been killing the Highway every since… great service

    I arrived about an hour and 20 minutes early for my appointment because I got off work early. The staff was welcoming and nice. I got checked in and they took my car back. I expected to wait at LEAST and hour past my original appointment time but my vehicle was ready to go at the time of my original appointment. Not only was my service quick and painless, Angela Collins was AMAZING! She was upbeat, cheerful, and even showed me how to redeem myChevrolet points that I just had sitting in my account. This is not the Chevrolet dealership that is close to where I currently live, but I WILL be making this my dealership of choice while I am living in TN!

    Jason was AMAZING! He was very thoughtful, and transparent. He let me know ahead of time of the waiting period. He asked if I was comfortable (I'm 6.5 months pregnant), if I need anything, water, a snack, just all around great. He went to lunch late just to make sure I was taken care of from beginning to the end. I really appreciate him and his work ethic. I will try my best to work with him specifically from here on out. Not to take away from the other Chuck Hutton representatives, they are great as well. I've been a customer there for four years now. I've moved to Olive Branch and still go to the Mt. I had questions about my previous service & my service advisor, Lauren, immediately arranged for me to speak with a Manager, who vividly & thoroughly explained all of my questions & issues in depth to my complete satisfaction.     Our job involved simply making two keys to our car. The service advisor did not tell us when the job would be completed. We did not receive any service notifications in regard to the job. I called several times during the day to speak with the service advisor. He never returned my call. We went back to pick up our car at the end of the day. It was not ready. The service advisor told us it would be ready in 45 minutes to an hour, which was beyond the scheduled closing time. It actually took longer. We had a long wait in the service department which could have been avoided if the service advisor had shot us a text or email to simply keep us advised of the progress of our car work.

    I have been to the dealership 3 times in under a month. Each time something was missed and my check engine light is now on again. I don’t know if the technician just missed it or if they failed to anchor things or mishandled parts that led to other damage. I use to feel like I trusted my vehicle there and now I do not. Mr. Greg is nice and so was Thomas but there was still no reasonable solution offered I had to paid no coupon offered no admission that the problem seemed to lie at the hands of the technician.

    It was horrible they kept my car for 21 days and still did not fix the leak that they called and told me was leaking and they wanted me to still pay them. Then I had to pay them for the rental in order for me to get back and fourth to work because they took they own time and still didnt fix my car. Then on top of that they want communicate with the customers at all you call and leave message after message and no one return the calls. I picked my car up on 4/26 and I noticed my driver side door want close and my husband called and left messages all 4/27 letting them know the door is not on right and nobody has respond yet they are so unprofessional and very inconsiderate of their customers. And I would like to speak with the GM of chuck hutton asap because this is not right.

    I got an instant cash offer through kelly blue book for roughly $3900. The idea is a participating dealership is supposed to by the car for that amount or around that amount. I know the car I was attempting to sell wasn't in the best condition and I was upfront about that and it's main mechanical defect (leaking power steering). I provided pictures, talked with a person at the dealership to let them know and make sure all of this wasn't a significant problem. I let them know I'd be driving 50 miles to the dealership, so I wanted to be as clear as possible expectations. After arriving at the dealership and asking for Brent as I was instructed to do, they did the pre-purchase inspection of my vehicle and everything was moving smoothly. Brent, then took my title to plug the VIN into their system and start any paperwork. After 5-10 minutes Brent comes back and tells me "Well the vin doesn't match" before asking "What was your KBB offer?" I show him on my phone, but he barely looks at it before saying "you know these numbers they give you are for pristine condition." (Yes, I know). I ask him to be upfront and tell me what number he had in mind. He offers me $500, for a 2008 impala with 105,000 miles (with some cosmetic problems to be fair!). I tell him, that's not even close to what I'd be looking for as that is the *Scrap* value of the car. I told him I was upfront with the representative on the phone and that I did not appreciate being told to come in regardless when they knew I'd be spending an hour driving each way. He just says "wow." No remorse, doesn't care that he wasted 2 hours of someones day with a clown of an offer. These people do not treat their customers with respect and will actively waste your time in order to try and lowball you. I would highly recommend staying far away from them and considering any other dealership that at minimum RESPECTS your time and will MIRROR being upfront with you as you are with them.

    I called the internet guy and he told me that there were 2 Equinox models on site, I went in-person and bought one. Dere helped me. I bought new because the cost of used cars is not rational and the cost of a new Equinox compared to used is less than 10% of the total cost. My only copmplaint is the "On Star" call that Dere made while I was in the car. The free trial with a credit card is not for me. When I told the agent I would not gives her a credit card, the conversation ended. This was a complete waste of my time.

    The Service Agent informed me that my vehicle was ready, she gave me the keys and stated that my vehicle was out front and walked off. For about three to five minutes I searched for my vehicle.     Hey I set-up appointment on line for a oil change in a tire rotation in also a fluid top off.. My appointment time was for 9:30 am I made it to the location around 9:15. After checking in the assign person tells me it should be a hour no more then hour in thirty minutes…Well that was honestly a bold lie I waited from 9:15 til 12:15 for a basic oil change in regular things that comes with nothing out the ordinary the wait time was 3 hours..When I asked to speak with a manager he got in his truck in pull off the lady stated if I wanted to speak I would have to wait another hour the wait time in customer service have no communication with customers. Me being a business owner myself I find that real unprofessional in down right wrong.. I would never recommend any of my colleagues there for no reason at all…

    Worse customer service ever!!! No one builds a rapport with you nor try to connect, from the receptionist to the managers, you would think they were giving you money instead of you spending money, took my car in for services and was put in a rental that wasn't clean and gas was almost empty, assuming it had just made it from another customer renting, because the lady who handles rental at first said they didn't have anymore, I told her I had reservations for a drop off and a pickup, so she found one hmmmm, so my husband went over to the side that orders the trucks he wanted to get a truck he had seen he liked shipped, but no one even acknowledge him waiting, you guys lost big in this situation and there was no RESOLUTION!!!

    Overall a terrible experience. One should not have to wait 4 hours for an oil change- and if so- the environment could be so much more comfortable. Staff were unable to address my further needs in a timely manner, causing me to leave the dealership with issues I will need to address at another service center. I’ve been to this dealership for service in the past, where staff forgot about me and left me to wait for my car for over 6 hours. Do not go here if you have the option.

    I brought my car in On November 8 my car wasn’t ready until December 28. When all it need was fuse. The problem was I kept calling everyday and no one return my calls or emails. No one even called to tell me my car was ready I had to call myself. Very poor communication

    The service writer Greg Kinsey listened to me describe the issue with my vehicle he was courtesy, patient and kept me informed through out my visit. I was asked if there was anything they could do to accommodate me.

    WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS. You take your vehicle in for servicing and THEY DISAPPEARED ON YOU. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST IN THE NATION. No one will return your calls and they will frustrate the life out of you

    I bought my fiancee Silverado truck in for a oil change and coolant flush. I arrived at 6:36 a.m. They opened the doors at 7 o'clock as expected. Pat was the man overseeing my needs. I left after 2 p.m. I saw people come hours after I arrive and leave before me. Why when I only had two minor things to be done! I spoke to one guy twice to ask him about my truck and he said he would check on it, never an answer back! No one never came to update me on what was going on with my vehicle! That's a shame! Then, I asked another worker that took the cars to the mechanics, and he came back with they say you are waiting on a wheel alignment. I'm not waiting on a wheel alignment. He went to go get Pat, Pat say we are waiting on your wheel alignment. I tell Pat I wasn't getting a wheel alignment. He said let's go to my office. So I went! Unbeknown to me that Mr. Pat confused my paperwork with another person paperwork and it was a woman that was waiting on a wheel alignment. My truck was ready for I don't know how long in the back parked, but waiting on a wheel alignment that I wasn't getting! I don't want an apology! I want this bill paid since I had to spend 7 hours there and didn't have to since my truck was confused with someone else's. Mr. Pat was confused with the paperwork himself, but that comes from taking to many walk-ins on Saturday. I would never recommend this Chuck Hutton!

    I had my 2019 Chevy Tahoe towed in for the 2nd time, and for the same issue, since August 31, 2021. The last time they had it for almost 3 weeks, but didn’t even look at it for 12 days. The service personnel are pleasant enough, but they are definitely extremely understaffed. They have no loaner cars and rentals are booked out 4 weeks, so it’s a big hassle trying to secure your own rental, and very inconvenient on work and personal life. It’s a warranty item, and GM did reimburse me $46/day on my rental, but with additional fees and coverage it only covers about half of my expenses for the rental. Hopefully they will diagnose and fix it properly this time.

    I think that when you make an appt to have something done like an oil change it should be done in a timely manner. Even if you have an oil change & tires rotated as I did, it doesn't take 2 1/2 hrs. My appt was for 10:30am.- I was there but it took time to see a representative, do paper work etc., before my car was taken back & didn't leave there until after 12:30pm. My customer service rep Donna Williamswas very help in explaining everything. I'm very glad I didn't have another appointment that I had to be at because I would've missed it.

    Friendly people, but I am not sure that the sales person that helped me really knew much about the EV that I bought. Leased, actually. Came to the dealership after having been certified by Consumer Report. It turned out that leasing the car did not provide the "good deal" price that I was expecting from CR process. Update to prior review. Service department, especially Greg, has been helpful. Thanks

    I really hate giving a 1 but in this case. First I must say our buying experience was pretty cool. Easy breezy! We are in a 2020 Silverado and a few weeks ago the truck start to become hesitant and making a loud popping noise. We called and stated the problem and were told to bring the truck In. We did not hear anything concerning the status of the truck for a week and a half. I called and the receptionist told me she would escalate an email but still nothing. We called back the next day and they said someone named Joe or somebody quit. All of this time my husband and I have been sharing one car and did not have access to a loaner. I went on the website an emailed the manager Mr. Downs, Mr. Hutton and somebody else. Our tailgate is supposed to be automatic and we have to assist everytime and basically they told us to deal with it. No one in management has tried to call and solve these issues. My husband went and picked the truck up today and at this point we are trading it in. It would be nice for someone to reach out to us to make this right

    The reason I rated it low is because of the wait time. I arrived at Chuck Hutton at 7:45am and sat in line until 8:43am before someone came to help me. I came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my trunk looked at because my trunk would not open. They told me I also needed and alignment. I agreed. They didn’t tell me how much the trunk repair would be until 1:1:30pm. I asked how long it would take. She said 30minutes. I kept going bed ack asking because 30 minutes passed and my car was not ready. My car was not ready until 3:00pm. I did not eat breakfast before coming but bought fruit, snack and water with me because I had waited for hours before. I am diabetic and did not eat before going to Chuck Hutton, and had nothing to eat while there. Not good for my health. I think the least Chuck Hutton can do is provide fruit, snacks and water to patrons who have to wait hours for repairs. That is definitely not good customer service and it is not a reflection of service department personnel or technicians.

    I have experience that it takes a along time to change the oil. Even when you have an appointment also to get a tire patched. You have to wait along time but over all I love the people. They are friendly and helpful.

    RV broke down on a cross country trip in July. Took from July 10, 2021 to November 19, 2021 to replace a fuel pump, flush the transmission fluid and do an oil change on a Winnebago RV. They were supposed to find someone to fix a shock but never did. I had to find someone from 1600 miles away. Poor communication from our service rep and didn’t get any responses for months until I went over his head to the Vice President. Took way too long and way too much money for this repair. Take your RV somewhere else

    Not real happy about the finance manager and that push me into a he gap insurance that’s going to cost me over $700 with interest over the loan that I could have gotten from my insurance company for $20 a year and cancel anytime I wanted to. What a rip off. Not real happy bout how long the process was either.

    I called to speak to a technician and a woman, I believe her name was Candace said hello after I asked to be transferred to service. I asked her if this was the service department and She responded that it was. I began to ask her question and she Interrupted with “check the status or make an appointment”. I told her that I wanted to speak to a technician and she said that wasn’t possible because it was a call center. I began to ask her another question and she again interrupted me with the two options. I then interrupted her to let her know that that was not my question. I wanted to ask if they had a direct number I could call but she chose to hang up on me instead I later spoke with Leah, she was very helpful in assisting me and setting up an appointment for my vehicle, very patient.

    Actually, No Stars. I waited at Chuck Hutton 6 hours under the impression my truck was being repaired. The diagnostic test was complete 8:09am and I gave and immediate green light for them to proceed with the repairs. After 6 hours it was brought to my attention that the service technician hadn’t even started on my vehicle. I was one of the first vehicles to arrive for service at 7am on June 19, 2021. To be told at 12:30pm that I would still have to bring my truck back another day is unacceptable. I spent one half of a work day there. A total mismanagement of my time. And on top of that, I still had to pay the diagnostic just to get my keys back. I will not refer anyone to the dealership. The costumer service is horrible.

    I dropped my car off more that 10 days prior to pick up. I had to call for them to finally check to tell me a wire was loose. Then I had to pay over $461 in labor for them to plug something back in. My complete total was $612 but I did get oil change also. I was told that they would change out wires & fuses but that was not on invoice. I feel like I was completely ripped off and that is sad. I have said nothing but good things about your company and sent referrals. I have got 3 cars for you company and used the Service Dept for 16+ years. I don’t feel taken care of as a customer & I am very disappointed and upset with my treatment.

    Chuck Hutton did repair the issue, which was a damaged steering column as a result of an attempted vehicle theft. My issue is that some settings disappeared after the repair. Now the doors which would unlock automatically either when the vehicle went into Park or when the key was removed from the switch do not work that way anymore. So the problem was fixed, but something was taken away in the process - a feature that was useful to me. I am grateful for the repairs, but I should not have lost useful function in the process.

    I was just happy to be out of there in less than 2 hrs. Very disturbed by the price of an oil change going up to $89, wasn’t prepared for that at all. I’ll definitely be on the lookout for coupons.
