We had a great and easy experience for our first mortgage and home buying experience thanks to Chris and his team. He has knowledge about VA loans which is important if you go that route. 100% recommend if you live in the North Country.

Chris Andiorio, the General Manager at this location has been very unprofessional for the entirety of my loan process. I am in the process of reaching out to the corporation offices of this place because this "gentleman" has sat on his hands and now the home in which I was contracted to close on (203k loan) has ended. He sat for more than a month! My realtor (a 17+ yr experience, highly decorated realtor) says Chris has been the more unprofessional mortgage broker shes ever encountered. Today he told her (the realtor) that I never even submitted a loan application and he tells me that the bid was never submitted from my contractor. Now I am in danger of losing my $1,000 deposit!! Chris, if you're reading this, there are these things called emails and screen shots "pal"! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! (BTW, this is NOT my first or second home purchase)

Great company. For the first time when doing a mortgage I didn't have to constantly call or email for updates. They kept me informed and reached out often. I even had my lending officers cell phone. Best mortgage experience I have had.

Moving date kept getting pushed and he was very unprofessional with keeping us updated on what was happening. Our moving date got pushed and if it wasn’t for us asking we would have never known. He lacks communication skills and I wouldn’t recommend unless you like being kept in the dark.
