I met Chris a few years back and he left a good impression on me so when i decided to purchase my first home, I called him. I knew he was the right person that can help me to achieve the dream of owning a home. I know it sounds dramatic but looking for a home and finding the right person that will help you is very difficult. Chris is very professional, patient, flexible, reliable and he is available whenever you have questions or concerns with the loan process. It took me 14 months to finally find the right property to purchase, after loosing a handful of bidding wars and failed contracts, Chris was very patient and understood that finding the right home sometimes takes time especially with the market that we have right now. Even though it took me a long time to finally purchase my dream home, it took Chris and his team just couple of weeks to make my dreams come true. Chris and his team are a well oiled machine. Chris has done all of my real estate deals over the last 10-15 years. Chris gets the deals done. After throwing me ridiculous surprise fees, points that I was not trying to buy and uncompetitive rates and less than 1 month to close, my realtor recommended to switch lender and introduced me to Chris. From day one Chris was amazing.
