SIMPLY AMAZING! I have been with this agency for over 3 years now. It started with a single Auto policy, now I have all my insurance with them including multiple auto, homeowner, landlord, personal liability, for 1 simple reason: They have the best team and best customer service, period. Unlike other agencies who sell you the policy then you have to deal with the big insurance company for everything else, the team at Chris Collins continue to take care of you long after the sale. I have had a couple of incidents related to auto and home, and I didn't bother to call State Farm. I just called the agency and they took the time to explain everything to me and went out of their way to help. Everyone I have talked to / communicated with (Lori, Patty, Daryl, Drew, Michael, Sheri and Chris himself) were all super helpful. Lori even went out of her way to help me find out answers about a situation I had in my rental condo. And they have such a great internal system / process that I can end up talking to multiple people on one issue and they all know what's going on and don't miss a beat. I never had to repeat myself to multiple people. The team at Chris Collins made me a believer of the value of a good agent even in this day and age when you can go online and buy an insurance in 15 minutes without talking to anyone.
