I will not work with this title company again if I have a choice. We worked with Chicago Title as buyers. They did not provide us the Buyers Closing Statement in advance of signing our documents, so we were surprised by high title fees and transfer tax. They charge really high title fees (for subpar service) including expensive notary fees. They seems solely interested in gaining our signatures and receiving our wire transfers rather than actually making sure my wife and I (as first time homebuyers) enjoyed a seamless and transparent escrow process. Strong do not recommend.

Lara wood is extremely helpful and superb fast in processing the things further. She understands the client requirement and provide suggestions if needed to make things faster. I would highly recommend Chicago Title Company and proud to have employees like Lara who made their day.

She took the time to reprocess our loan documents because there was a typo in our names and did everything with such professionalism and kindness.
