We cash personal checks for 10% of the face value of the check (as permitted by State law) and at no additional charge allow you to delay the deposit of that check until your next payday. I am sorry that you did not find our service to your liking Ms Jamison. I tried to find out when you came in to cash your check, but it must have been a while ago because no one remembers turning anyone away in the last couple of weeks at the Suitland Store. That being said, if you feel like calling us at 410-439-CASH we would be glad to review our reason for turning your check away, and sharing that reason with you!

Well, nobody's perfect, lol! We sincerely appreciate the 5 star review, and promise to work on that communication breakdown as far as the documentation you were supposed to bring.

UPDATE: Upon exhaustive review, we have still not figured out who LISA TEEDE is, and when she came into our one of our stores, nor has she contacted us as we politely requested her to do (see below). We are currently trying to have this review removed as non-compliant with Google review policy. Until then, we hope that potential customers can see that we stand behind our performance and gladly try to answer all customer complaints! Ms. Teede, we have checked the database at all three of our stores and have determined that you have never done business with us under your name. I have asked the Suitland store if they remember trying to serve you, but they do not. The fact is if we don't cash your check we don't make any money, so it makes no sense that you would have stood there for thirty minutes without something unusual going on in the verification process which they should and usually do inform you about. For the record, we verify all checks that are presented at the counter the first time you come in, but typically it takes no more than 5-10 minutes to verify the check and set you up in the system.
