My thoughts on Brian and his team over at Cherry Creek Mortgage Company is this! I encountered Brian almost 14 years ago, my thoughts of him at the time was that this guy is a true professional! Even though I wasn’t ready to purchase at the time, he took the necessary steps to get me in a position to purchase at a later date. Meaning credit awareness ( how to build a better credit score and maintain it). He also showed me that being a renter wasn’t building me any future wealth. So now that brings me to present day. I reached out to Brian at the end of November 2021. I told him Brian I think I’m ready! He said give me 15 minutes, and within 13 minutes he came back with a pre approval! Once I found a home he told me that he would have me funded and closed within 30 days, and thank God I’m a home owner as of yesterday. Brian and his team did a great job with our loan. My wife and I ran in to a couple of speed bumps along the way, Brian and his team were able to navigate the bumps and keep our loan and closing date on track. Will definitely use Brian and his team again should the situation arise.
