Very attentive with the process of buying a home.

Bill and his Team assisted me with my recent home purchase. I went to Bill initially because of his experience with the 203k Loan. Unfortunately, due to the current market, it was a little difficult to find a home to purchase and rennovate with so many cash buyers out there. Bill was able to quickly identify other purchasing options for me such as FHA with 3.5 % down or conventional putting 5-20% down. This was my 4th home purchase so I have dealt with several other mortgage companies previously; however, Bill was definitely the most personable and helpful person I had the pleasure of working with. Even at the last moment he was also able to identify another means of lowering my interest rate. I highly recommend Bill and his excellent team for any loan type.
