I worked with Cheney Mortgage recently to purchase my first home. Kesha and I quickly became best friends and worked together closely throughout the entire process. She was patient and kind with my constant questions and confusion and always made sure I had an understanding of what was needed and where we stood in the process. When we got those magical words "clear to close", I'm not sure who was more excited, she or I. Cheney Mortgage is an incredible company to work with and I'm so grateful for their assistance in helping my daughter and I get into the home we are literally in love with. Cheney Morgtgage was one of the most responsive companies I’ve ever worked with. If there was ever a question, day or night, they were there to answer us. I especially want to single out Taylor; though she may have only a few months with Cheney, she was extremely dedicated to her job and went above and beyond to help us finance the home of our dreams! The owner, David, was also available anytime we needed assistance! I couldn’t say more good things about working with this company! Working with Dave and his team was nothing short of amazing. I expected the process of purchasing a home to be difficult and riddled with anxiety. My first time buying a home was truly the easiest experience that I have ever had. David takes his time to understand what your goals are and what is most important to you! My closing was set to be on April 16. We closed on our contingency date April 9 and that was only because the seller was not ready to close! We would of closed earlier if it wasn't for that.
