I highly recommend this title company. They offer top notch service and I guarantee their communication skills are the best in the business. They stay on top of every detail and contact you the minute anything changes. They work with you and explain everything that is happening. They have made the closing of my house a complete joy, as it should be.

I rarely leave reviews online but I had to share my experience. I am a first time home buyer and the whole process of buying a house was a bit overwhelming. My schedule as a single mom of two little ones was hectic to say the least. I needed to close on our new home on-time before the banks interest rate expired. The staff at Chelsea Title assured me they would take care of everything and I would be able to close on the house on-time with no problems. Well, as a single mom I had something pop up at last minute and to change the closing date. Chelsea was wonderful about accommodating the change in my schedule and everything went as planned. I am not the new owner of a home of my own, Thank you Chelsea Title for making the dream of owning a home come true!

Chelsea staff are the absolute best in the business. I have dealt with many other title companies and they are always my go to. They are fast, reliable and have been around forever.

Bonnie at Chelsea Title went out of her way to make sure we closed on the day we were supposed to. Even though mortgage companies and survey companies were trying to put snafus in our day... she stayed late and we closed on house! Thank you!

It was a real pleasure having my mortgage closing at Chelsea Title. The staff was very efficient and professional. All the paperwork was organized well and was easy to understand.I highly recommend them and will use their services again when needed!

In my opinion, this company was pretty good to deal with until they get your money. After that they don't seem to want to have anything to do with their customers. I called in after about 5 weeks to find out where my title insurance and deed was. I was told they had been very busy and all that was left was for my insurance to be reviewed. She said it could take 2 more weeks. I called back in today and the lady said that they had been busy and it may be an additional two weeks. I told her that is what she said last time and questioned why it takes two months in order to review a title policy. She got upset and transferred me to the manager. The manager immediate started accusing me of giving his staff a hard time and made a comment that I have called in multiple times. Last time I checked a customer has a right to call in a couple times if he isn't getting something they paid for. I was trying to explain my situation but he kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me explain what all had happened. I told him I payed for a service and expect that they follow through on their end. He then contradicts what his staff member said and told me that my file was sent out over a week ago in the mail. I never received anything in the mail. I questioned why she said two more weeks and he is saying it was mailed over a week ago. He said That its here if you want to pick it up. Told him I haven't received any mail from them. He said he wasn't going to argue with me and that he had better things to do with his day. I tried to explain that I have a right to ask questions as a customer. He hung up the phone on me. Nice to know your title agency is there for you after the purchase NOT! Me and couple friends plan to buy some more house to flip and sell but we won't be using this agency.

Horrible customer service. I used them to close on a sale of my home. I am now in the middle of purchasing a home and I called Peggy 3x to please send me an electronic copy of my closing documents. She promised it would be sent out no later than Friday. I received it Monday morning and I got 1 page from the entire documents that we signed. I then asked her to send the rest and she advised me that I would need to send in a written request and then she needs to request it from a third party the company uses. I find it extremely hard to believe that she isn't able to send me the entire document packet. I even explained that I was not able to locate the documents.
