Wish I could give zero stars! Denied my friend service of cashing his check. Interrogated him as if his check was suspicious, when all of the information necessary was provided. If he was a white man I'm sure there would have been no questions asked and the check would have been cashed immediately.

My fiancé went in to get a cash advance. Didnt know that you had to go through a loan service. He got denied. But has been with his company for over a yr. The guy said that his paystub looked fake. But the lady knew the company was real.

Super nice peole, always extremely helpful. Always remember me before I tell them my name they already know it. Extremely friendly to everybody that comes in. Definitely gonna have to get them lunch or ice cream next time I go in.

I absolutely enjoyed Jenn and Jeff were the best customer service i have ever experienced. I would absolutely come back this place and these workers....totally recommend checking them out....I know i will be back 🥰☺

The store manager Roy was very disrespectful and unprofessional, if I could rate this place a zero I would! Karma comes around though.

I went in the other day to cash a big check cause my bank refused to cash it, so they went they extreme to make sure that i got my money and also gave me a significant discount on my fee for it to be cashed.. they also Educated me on the banks cards they have and how they do taxes as well.. this is an one stop shop.. theses lady’s were wonderful even when i was getting upset, they remained professional and gave good customer service.. i will be back!!!

Jeff was very helpful i had my husband power of attorney for financial services and they were very kind and helped me thru everything I had read the reviews here before I went in and all the reviews were true 👍 awsome customer service and thank you Jeff 😊 they did way for me then my bank did for me

Shelly & Roy are awesome people, this place has help me out so many times. Couldn't be happier with how their whole team there are considerate and kind.

These people are nasty. They have harassed myself and my husband. When I let them know the day I am coming in, they called my husband numerous times AFTER he said I was coming in on a certain day. The service is horrible and the people are mean. If I could give 0 stars I would. They’re terrible!

Are rude and will not give you your money that is in your name and is super nosey about why you are receiving money just miserable people who need to learn how to be happy will never go back to this place at all they are horrible.
