All the ladies are very nice and very helpful when I come in. If you need a loan, or checks cashed I highly recommend coming here.

I had an emergency and need some quick cash. The lady that assisted me was very friendly! I brought everything I needed and was in and out in 15 minutes with money in hand. I highly recommend them if you are in a bind and need money!

David at the location in Greenwood was very helpful at helping me transition to a new location. He truly went above and beyond for me!!

I am livid!! When I came in to pay back my loan two weeks ago, I very specifically asked about the payback program and was told that when I came back, I would be able to start on the program. So when i got paid, I went ahead and paid all my bills. I went in today to sign on for the payment plan and was told I couldn’t do it because I wasn’t on the correct loan number. Was there a manager there to speak to? No of course not. The girl at the window actually had the audacity to ask ask me if I had someone else I could borrow the money from and then pay them back. Why would I put that burden on someone for their store’s mistake. As this is not the first time this store has given me the incorrect information, I will be fighting this, even if I have to take it to the Better Bussiness Bureau. Absolutely unacceptable.

The worst place to cash your check or money order they are racist and unprofessional. I went there to cash my money order, they asked me 100’s of questions, like where was it from, what am I using it for, called my wife that assigned the money order to me and she explained everything to them. And instead of following the normal procedure or verify the money order. they didn’t & made me feel like a thief, asked me stupid questions, wasted my time, made a photo copy of my money order, the kicked me out. Went to PL$ after there cashed my money order with no issue or questions I was so embarrassed Worst place you wanna go especially if you black or African.

Staff always courteous and efficient. Never a bad experience.
