CheckSmart Zettler Center Dr, Columbus

So I just left this place just like 20mins ago ..trying to get another loan while I was on my lunch break.. now it's true that I defaulted on my agreement ..however they did take the money out of checking account when I got paid on friday. When i called before I even went up there to borrow again..they told me that I need to show proof that the money was actually taken out of my account and said posed and to show that I have a positive balance on my account. When I showed the guy everything..this fool said that he have to call my bank. Then he proceeded to tell me that it don't have anything to do with me..lol now his Co worker told him like they won't talk to u but you can call them and have her on the speakers smh so I ask him how long this will take he he told me that he don't know..so I kindly walked out the store .because once again..he didn't know what the hell he was doing..and I done this plenty of time before..and never ask to call my bank. Now I have a problem because I was on my break and it was a waste of my time, and I feel like it had everything to do with me( whatever that mean🤔🤔). He need to be re trained
