The short, dark skinned, chubby girl, that usually be in the window in the middle, have THEE worst attitude, she act as if she's at home & you came to her house unannounced. SHE ACT AS IF SHE'S IRRITATED BY HER JOB, HEY YOU DON'T LIKE IT, QUIT!! I know everyone can have a bad day but she's this way EACH & EVERY TIME I COME INTO THIS STORE!! Guarantee she wouldn't act that way if she was working at a Currency Exchange located in the same neighborhood where her supervisor lives in.

Every time I try to send money through Western Union here, I’m told that it’s down! Your employees don’t want to do their job, that’s the real issue. Also your hours posted are never followed. I have come numerous times during business hours only to find that the store has been closed early or not opened on time. There are also shady characters hanging around just outside the store. And sometimes they are lingering in the lobby. Only to hit people up for money as soon as they get out the door. It makes coming here feel very uncomfortable. You should consider hiring a security guard to keep your customers free of such harassment.

THIS BUSINESS ALLOWED SOMEONE TO STEAL $3000 FROM ME. They obviously don't use ID to confirm identity, I'm furious. Reported to Chicago PD and BBB, hopefully this s***hole gets shut down. Oh, and don't bother calling the number because it just rings and rings, apparently the employees can't be bothered to pick up the phone either! If you want to steal money from someone, come here, it's easy!!! Edit: I find it laughable that the owner was asking me to call them to resolve the issue. I called that same number multiple times a day for several days after the issue occurred and NOBODY took any interest in answering the phone. What a joke!

The worstbservice ever!!! There always is a excuse when I go there or there Western Union is always down. The lady who sits in the middle always has a attitude and is always rude. Only go there if you have to. Wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest

I got to this location often and never had an issue with any of the tellers. Yes sometimes the lines be long because of short staff maybe, but nobody has ever given me a problem. I have noticed customers being rude and then turn things around on the workers and it’s not right . Yes there’re traffic outside the store but for the most part the people don’t bother anyone. The workers are friendly and try to help with anything they can.

Being rude must be a qualification to work here. You definitely hired the right people. I go there because it is close to me, but 8 out of the 10 times that I have been to send my son a western union, it has been down. It can't be system wide because I go to another one and they take care of my business and your employees don't even bother to say why it's down. Your business is no help to the community, well not for me. Your employees need better people skills and there should be an upgrade to your establishment. We deserve better. Thanks

They are lazy workers who don't want to do their jobs. I am always told that the western union is down. Don't waste your time going there if you're trying to send or receive western union.

I've never had a problem with any one of the people there, the service is quick and polite, I love the service there,👍👍 your time says you don't close until 8 PM on Friday and I just tried to cash my check and the lady had the door lock I she has two hours that's very wrong and needs to be delt with. Thank you
