Long time goer of this place. The staff is always friendly. No matter what request i have they seem to always find a way to accommodate me. Never any issues cashing my checks or sending money. Definitely will recommend this place.

Spanish girl doesn’t even let you get a word in. Extremely unprofessional and miserable.

Refuses to redeem lottery scratch-off tickets unless they were purchased at their location. This action is illegal.

I am a loyal customer to this location. I am welcome very pleasantly every time I do my transactions at this location. Today I was at the location when an incident happened. The teller just asked the Gentleman to fill out the form because it is the norm in order to process the transaction and he went off on her for no reason. She politely still finished the transaction and the guy had more to say after. I feel bad for the teller since the customers never ever say what they do or how they behave but are willing to go on website to discredit other people and their jobs. They put up with a lot of rude customers in this location because I have witnessed it but they always try to have a good attitude. The only thing I can say is that if you come out nice and polite you will get the same treatment from anyone that is in customer service! One time I was in line and one of the girls was helping another regular customer that only comes to her and the teller went above and beyond to help her and even got to speak to the company and got the old woman a better price on her cable. She is not even supposed to do that but because of the un-justice of the company towards the old lady, the teller helped her in all she could. This are the statements that don’t show up on this websites and reviews. Keep up the good work ladies!

This place doesn’t served our community it closed very early on Saturday before the time still working on COVID hours and the people that worked there is rather rude if I have to do business I have to go too Francis Lewis which I loved so I go out my neighborhood too do my business

very rude staff not the chubby female but the other female ...she speak very rudely to customer if she don’t know how to handle the public and talk politely no need to work there...bad staff makes the business a bad name.......
