I went in there this afternoon to get a photocopy and the lady behind the window was rude and didn't even ask what I need while the entire time talking on the phone. I had to call once I left to ask how much is a photocopy and she proceeds to interrupt me while I'm asking my question. This woman has no professionalism or customer service skills. While she was on the phone I had to ask her how much and a line was forming when there should only be 10 people inside the currency exchange. The attitude of this lady is trash and she must think she runs the business to speak to customers in whatever mood shes in.
