This branch of Check'n Go offers great customer service with a personal touch. They are efficient with their paperwork and very knowledgeable about their products or services. Karla went the extra mile to ensure my needs were met despite losing electric power prior to my visit. They have been a big help in the midst of my emergency situation.

It was my pleasure to meet Karla and Jose. These two individuals made my experience/transition from one location to another smooth, although they had to hear an unethical and untrained customer service employee rude and audacious tone via phone conversation from an employee at the Texas Parkway location Mr. SB. They were more than amazing. Ms. Karla even expressed her regard for my experience and assured me that I would not have to experience anything but excellence from her staff and her store. It has been a great experience thus far working with Jose and Karla, and it is apparent that other customers feel the same from the smiles and warm, welcoming spirit that they both possess.
