Literally walk in and say I need to cash a check and she said I can’t cash that for you. And I asked why and she just repeated herself “I can’t cash that for you” and then that was it. Why does it say check cashing online and on the store itself?

After encountering Ms.Julia today I will never come back to this location... She had a very nasty attitude.. she is very unprofessional and never is friendly..Ms. Durla is a delight!! This other lady is not customer friendly she locks the door before they close and the few times I have had to deal with her I have never seen her in a positive mood...I have never seen her smile or provide good customer service... I have been a customer over a year... Today was my final day as a customer... As long as she is at this location I'm sure this store will lose several customers...

I've never had an issue until now. Something that was out of my control happened I contacted the ”Manager” Durla to inform her of my issue and that I will be in on Friday and not on Monday( the same week). She then gets all defensive stating that she can not wait until then and that she will have to call whomever Ken is and that she will get back with me and NEVER DID.She never give me any opinions as far as what I can do other then her posting the payment. I am not going to beg anyone for anything but I do aspect you to do your job to the fullest and keep good customer service at all times. While talking to me she having a whole other Conversation with someone else. I can go on and on about this and say so much more but I will say this; for me to go in just to make a payment which is a simple transaction should only take minutes turned into 30-45 minutes wait just to make a payment but the manager is getting defensive with me... Right. Speed it up and take care of your good customers. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION NOR WILL I REFER ANYONE TO THAT COMPANY.
