They had her running around getting this and that in order just to shoot it down nikki led her to belive she could get this loan and told her write a review before she could give the loan answer because the review had to go to the underwriters. Ive never heard of that before. If i you i would not waste my time with this place

Ebony and her team are absolutely AMAZING. I’ve gone through the boiling springs store before, but her store on east blackstock is absolutely the best! They tried everything in the world to help get money same day, but work was uncooperative for my pay stub, but Ebony was awesome enough to stay late for me to run by my job to get a copy and be able to do it over the phone. I can’t say enough good things about this group of ladies.

They are nice but it's really a waste of time. I was told after being there for over an hour everything looked good they just couldn't use my bank. I was told to open another account that could be used. They were closing so I made an appointment to go back today after opening another checking account as I was told. That was a complete waste of time. So after going back I was informed I was denied when yesterday I was told it looked like my bank was the only issue. I could have saved my gas as well as my time and went elsewhere. Like community cash, etc. Don't waste your time. If they tell.you that you need to do something additional, don't do it. Just go some place else.

I was her first customer of the day and while I was there several people arrived and she was the only one working. Absolutely terrible experience . My girlfriend went in started the process went out to the car to get documents that was needed and Nikki is her name walked outside locked the store door without a warning and went on break . Very rude very unprofessional! Not sure how this place has almost a 5 start rating . But definitely not recommended.
