Was originally going to the store closer to my home in Lincoln Park for a while and ended up stopping in the Flat Rock store while at my daughters. Dawn is amazing and her friendliness combined with her knowledge makes the process so enjoyable! I will definitely continue coming here, it is worth the drive!

I travel from Wyandotte to this location because of the store manager Dawn Mathews. She's always kind, but what shocks me the most, she always has great control of the mass amount of people loaning and reloaning, you would think caos. Well not here, she walks circles around the other employees. She even walks circles around her management. She is awesome at her job but also very kind to everyone coming in and out of her store regardless of their attitudes.
