By far the best payday loan place in the area. Review update 1-3-20 this is not that bad for a payday loan however the store front is in poor shape and looks unkempt and not very clean. Only 2 employees working and 10 customers waiting in horrible chairs. The two employees keep taking phone calls of customers calling in to pay their loans over the phone and of course this makes the employee stop helping the customer at the counter and slowing everything down. Watching one employee has taking care of 3 customers to the other employees 1 customer and when a place is this busy having conversations with customers is probably not the best use of time management. If customers can just call in to payback loans then that should be handled by a call center and not each location. With 10 customers waiting this place really needs a system to identify which customer is next in line to be helped. Honestly I think this place needs new management and a retraining of its counter staff. If your in a hurry I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Harry was very helpful. I had been running around all day looking to cash my check and he said he could get it done for me. He gave me a lot of information, he even got me to sign up for the debit card.

Always there in an emergency. Fast easy process. This store is usually not busy, and the process is very straight forward. Theyll need a few check stubs, proof your bank account is active, and a check linked to your checking account. Def recommend.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I tried cashing my state refund check twice at Walmart and I was denied for some unknown reason. Carey was excellent with helping me and so patient and efficient!!! Thanks so much!! Now its time to enjoy the $$$😊

I too, did not receive a loan from this store. Twice when speaking with Terry, the store manager, he seemed more interested in maintaining his authority then actually listening and answering my questions. Why be difficult when assisting potential customers? I went to Advance America instead.

Visited the Ypsilanti store, was greeted when I walked thru the door. Wait time was minimal. Service from Carey was polite and efficient. Will continue to visit store for my needs.
