I brought my father in to cash a check and Ashley helped us. She was very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location and refer other people there too.

I have had no issues at this location until now. I spoke with Tamara who said she was the store mgr. She was rude, unprofessional and she hung up the phone in my face.

I went to the Check n Go, in Bessmer, on today, January 3, 2019. I had an out of town driver's license, and an out of town check. The representative Erica, explained to me that she had to enter the check to find out what it would be to cash it. The quote came back at 4 percent to cash the check. It was a little steep, but considering my situation, that my Credit Union was in another city, it wasn't affiliated with any of the Credit Unions in Birmingham, I had an out of town check, and a different out of town driver's license, I was fully aware that I wasn't going to have a lot of options. I knew that it would be a challenge to cash the check. I agreed to the terms, then after she had stamped the check, and I signed it, another quote came back at 6 percent. I told Erica, "No way!" She immediately, entered some numbers, and called her superiors. In the end, I paid what I initially agreed to pay. I'm writing this review, because not only was Erica professional, courteous, and persistent about resolving the issue. She was also patient and kind.The process was very tedious. She also acknowledged, and reassured the other customers that she was working as expeditiously and diligent as possible. In my opinion, Erica displayed Excellent Customer service, and Good Customer satisfaction!! Keep up the good work Erica! Thanks again..
