I have been in a few times and immediately greeted by Alex who was busy helping other customers yet he took the time to make me feel welcome. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the people ahead of me were finished quickly, Alex cashed my check with a smile and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. I've recommended Check n Go to several people, who have now began going there and they are happy with your services as well.

Pam is the best!!!! She is very fast, very friendly, and is good at what she does!!! This is the only place I go to get my checks cashed. Pam is amazing, so outgoing, and always ready to help. 🥰😁

Rebecca is the manager and she is amazing, she is also very funny! She helped me figure out my money problems and helped me built my credit! She is very knowledgeable, was able to explain to me about my credit score and how to increase it . Check n Go will always be my go to place for loans and check cashing and to load my Netspend. I applied for a loan with your business in Dover Delaware. I brought in all documents required. I have a small business and my bank statement has business on it. Debbie card has both my name and business name. Tim told me I had to go to the bank and have them put my name on the bank statement. TD Bank said they do not put my name on statement when it's a business account yet they would give me documentation stating I am the owner of the account. I even had IRS paperwork with both my name and business name along with 1099. Tim told me they were not acceptable and I would have to open a personal checking account in my name. Don't understand his logic as a new personal account would have no activity of direct deposit. Poorest service I've ever received.
