Melissa was very nice and helpful. She stayed late to help us and was very patient and kind. It was the first time we had ever gotten a loan like this and she answered all of our questions. We really appreciate her and the patience and kindness she showed us. I highly recommend her and check n’ go.

I use to love coming here. Tammy was so nice and helpful. She eventually had to hire new people and she made a mistake on one of them. Ever since Holly came in she doesn't know her job at all I came in 4 different times asking her a question and each time she changed the answer so I will never ce back here I will drive an hour or so to another one. If you can't learn your job and give people a straight answer you need to find a simpler job ugh.

I needed to cash a check. Was wondering how much would ChecknGo charge. Hate going to BOA because they charge around 10.00 to cash a check (if you don’t have an account there) that is drawn on BOA! Checks are no longer bearer instruments. It’s begnning:( anyway stopped in and Melissa Sweeney was great! Professional and courteous. She even took my teasing with a graceful smile. Go there if you need a check cashed! They only charge a couple of bucks:) actually it was 11.00. But that’s what they do.

This place has gone to pot. First off, it’s wrong to fire someone so you can bring in someone (much much less qualified) from a store that is closing. Hmm, wonder why that is. Oh, maybe it’s because the manager is worthless!! This new manager pissed me off the first time I went in & she obviously didn’t have a clue! I will never go back!!! I refuse give my business to someone who does these things. The company has problems!! Obviously, the person over this store doesn’t have a clue & should be replaced. You sure wouldn’t find me standing there all day with no lunch or a bathroom break!! I’d be on the phone with the labor board so fast it’d make your head spin!!! The previous manager (Tammy) new what was what. She was there no matter what & it didn’t matter if she was the only one there on the busiest days of the month. She was aces in my book and was treated VERY poorly by this company!!!

They allow people to write a check on a joint account. With only one signature. On an account that is notated to not have checks printed up. That has the other person name on it first. Then when the other person finds out. That person does a stop payment on the account cause their money goes into the account and they're 110% disabled and so is the other person who wrote the check. Then they call you up making threats to the one who stopped the payment of the check. Drives by your house and even stock your social media sites. The law forbids them to take a check from a joint account without both signature and both people signing the paperwork. If I could've gaven a negative 5 star I would've. Let's not forget they say that you should divorce your spouse before they bring a lawsuit against both of you. That the other person isn't worthy of you to be married too. Who the hell says that to someone. Don't do business with them. They also drive out into the country with a "robber" and goes back to their job instead of the police department. Sounds like an inside job to me.

I believe the store is better than ever. The new manager will go over and beyond to help you and she brings snacks for everyone on busy days. I know that she has even hand written Thank You notes and is always professional, in a good mood and very polite.

Melissa is an amazing employee and efficient at her job. I give you guys 2 thumbs up on everything. So flexible and willing to work with people that may have hiccups occur financially. Thank you so much.

Thank you for all you do for our ponca city people. Espically our elders. I'm glad knowing you take that extra step to take care of everyone Melissa! The world is a better place because of people like you!
