I love this location and this location ONLY! I live in Malabar but have been coming to this location ever since I met the lovely manager Rebecca. She has the best customer service I have ever seen at a check N Go. She greets every customer that comes through her door and always has a smile on her face reguardless of how stressful her day may be. Keep up the good work!

Steffani was amazing , she went out of her way to make my check cashing experience terrific. I will be using this store for the rest of my life . If you go anywhere else to have something done from the list of things this place offers than you have made a mistake. I rate my experience with this store and Steffani at 1 billion stars !! Absolutely the best place on earth !!!

Looking for a quick and efficient place to cash a simple money order? Keep looking. Door was locked at 10:40 AM... business was supposed to be open at 10. Female with a poor attitude told me the purchaser needed to sign the money order. Understandable. Returned several minutes later with that signature and was told by the same woman that I would have to wait for the woman next to her while the first woman leisurely filed some paper work. She then proceeded to assist the second woman with a process that was taking longer than it would have been for me to drive 16 miles to my credit union. Left without cashing the money order.

The staff is always pleasant and they get you in and out when you do not have a lot of time. They make the whole experience great.

Lori was super sweet and very informative. Going back to cash my tax check for sure with the lowest cashing rate I’ll be back!!

Kristen is very helpful everytime i ho in there , she remembers you as a person and that makes me feel very welcome. Its always a pleasure when i come into this Check n Go office i will recommend to anyone that needs help with money to come here and make sure you tell Kristen that cathy sent you . ☺

I went to the store located in the sebastian shopping center to get services. I was in town dealing with a business matter. Highly unlikely, I will return to any of the Check’n Go locations. I am providing a one star for being friendly, but If I can rate it lower I would. I am recalling an employee named ines. She was friendly and greeted me as I entered the store. Unfortunately, she was unprofessionally dressed, her hair was not properly kept and she had a strong odor of cigarettes smoke that was uncomfortable to be around. Her eyes were red, not sure if she was tired or on something. She was having issues providing me her undivided attention and she kept glancing down at something that was catching her attention during our interaction. In a matter of minutes, I became frustrated and decided to leave the store and get services rendered elsewhere. Check ‘n Go needs to invest more time training their employees, practice proper hygiene, employees need to present themselves in a more professional manner, well groomed and not allow any distractions that are not work related.

Would recommend. I was in and out with polite service. Karmen, the store manager, made my experience stress free. “a-okay”

I've used check n go in sebastian for there pay advance option for the past 4 or 5 months. They have some of the nicest employees, they are intelligent, patient and very helpful. They make the whole process very easy and fast. I will continue to use them and would recommend the check n go in sebastain to anyone.
