Check `n Go Parker Rd, Florissant

I have never had this experience I am at the location 6892 Parker Road Florissant MO. I have been calling the store since 10am, there has been no response. I am now here at 12 53 pm cst and I knocked on the door because a sign outside said so. There was this white lady behind the desk, she did not open the door for me. She looked at me and stayed behind her desk. As I am typing this I called customer service to complain, the rep transferred me to the store and she STILL isn't answering the phone or opening the door. I have NEVER EVER had this experience at this location! This is just horrible. How rude.

The customer service rep was very efficient and her customer service skills are superb. She 's also very polite and takes her job very serious as she multitasks. She's a great employee. I will continue to do business with her.

Treena gave great customer service. I watched her assist several customers by herself and gave each individual their own attention. I will make the Parker location my go to spot for loans. Thanks again for making my experience perfect.

Mrs. Tonia Peters is a EXCELLENT example of what outstanding customer service looks like. She was patient and able to carry out both transactions that were needed to be made, she also did it in a timely manner. LOVED the service!!!

There was a very long wait because everyone was very busy. However, they did finally help me and Dakota was very helpful and even wished me a happy birthday. My visit was very nice even though i was not approved.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by the lovely Treena who was very customer service oriented and treated me like a person and not just a customer. She did a great job of building rapport and shared some things about herself that helped me feel very comfortable with working with her. She also didn't make me feel like I was being rushed through the process. I just don't experience this level of service very often so I offered to give her a commendation to show my appreciation for how well she treated me. Thank you Treena!!! Check 'n Go should feel very blessed for having you as their employee.

The service here is phenomenal. Ariey is very knowledgeable about the procedures and, when she needs assistance, her manager Nikki is just a few steps away to help out in any way possible. I HIGHLY recommend visiting this establishment for any and all of your financial needs.

My experience was great. Dakota was awesome. She was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and displayed great customer service. She throughly explained my options which helped me choose the right option for me. I will definitely refer a friend.
