Check Into Cash Northwood Plz, Franklin

Absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company. I was lied to about numerous policies and procedures, and also called a liar myself. The employees and the District manager at this location were very disrespectful and unprofessional. The issue at hand ended up causing multiple issues between my bank and check into cash for over a month. Corporate and Regional were involved and did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. After everything they still tried to charge me other fees. I will not be going back nor will I ever refer anyone to use their services.

Kim is awesome and runs a great company. She always is so helpful and nice. She is amazing and remembers my name every time I come in makes me feel welcomed.

Could not be more pleased with everyone at check into cash. Especially Kim, she is great! I appreciate this place so much, it's been a God send since hubby passed away. Thank you so very much!!!!

I've been a customer for a long time but after today I will never be back in. If I need another loan I'll go to checkngo because at least their office doesn't smell like cigarettes and they don't lose documents like check into cash. I emailed my bank statement the last time I was in and now they claim not to have it and they somehow lost the current years income letter so I wasn't able to loan again. I'm done. Contacting the bank in the morning because who knows who got ahold of my personal info.

I had the opportunity to work with Candice and she is one of the nicest people ever plus it was fast and easy. I will definitely refer others there and go back myself.

Was long time customer with Kim. Nice woman; however I thoroughly enjoy the customer service skills Vickie has. She is a very pleasant woman and is wonderful to deal with.

Went in to get a payday loan at this location, but unfortunately I did not have all the required documents. The manager was very professional and explained what all I needed to bring in. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.
