    We went here so my mom can do something and on google it said it was open and we went up to check and it was closed with all the lights on my mom and an other person were trying go inside thinking it was open but than it was closed.

    The young women that work in this office are very nice and helpful every time I come in to take care of my loans. This part of my review has nothing to do with the employees of your company. I am very unhappy with the fact that you have to do a HARD Credit Check every three months, you have to know that stays on our credit for 2 years. This makes NO SENSE to me.

    Went to do a WU and the lady gave every excuse in the book. Its a check cashing place and I like the excuse we don't have any money for that. She kept looking at the screen and giving excuse after excuse. This is Awful Customer Service. I asked for the manager and Monica Toscano could do nothing but laugh.

    Place is called check into cash but the teller doesn't want to get cash....because she doesn't want to walk to the bank thats across the same parking lot as her on a more regular basis.....
