I was having an issue missing a check from my bank account. I retraced my steps and couldn’t find it. I called Check Into Cash and the new Manager Jamie was so sweet and helpful. It wasn’t an issue she would of had to deal with but she went through my file and helped me track down my check numbers. She thanked me for my business and said anytime I need help she would be more than glad to assist me with anything she could.

This location is the bees knees! Don’t go anywhere else for payday loans or check cashing. Mollie is always nice as can be and very personable. They get to know you on a first name basis and you feel like close friends when you’re there. Truly an amazing business tan by amazing people

Very friendly. Cashing in a money order was easy, even when the place the issued it would not take it back. Will definitely return if I should ever need check cashing services in the future.

I have been going to this establishment for a wee bit over a year. I cash birthday checks from family members for my boys and I. My first time walking in I was greeted with friendly smiles from both the manager at the time, and future manager. On top of that they gave me tootsie rolls which I partook of generously with their encouragement! They were professional and very welcoming from jumpstreet. A month or so later I had to go back and they remembered my name after one visit. Wow! They lady who took care of my business that time was a lazy with a very warm and welcoming smile named Mollie. Now what was special about this visit was she was about to close shop i hadn't walked in at this point i had noticed the hours and realized they were closing , so i turned and walked to my car by the time i reached my car I heard a soft but cheerfulvoice behind me say Randall can i help you.? Miss Mollie had walked briskly behind me to see what my needs were. Mind you she did not yell across the parking lot which would have been more convenient for her. I told her why i was there and she insured me She didn't mind taking care of me. Also making me feel like i was no trouble at all. I was sad to see her mentor leave, but was happy she was bettering herself. I learned of her new opportunity from a young gentleman who also informed me of Mollies promotion. After the transaction was over i realized he had been trained well. On top of his natural approachable personality he was on top of his game. I've been in there one time since and Mollie once again made me feel welcomed and wanted even tho it was only 7 dollars profit the store was making. I will always do business with this store as long as they have quality services i have been shown. I recommend anyone go their for the financial needs.
