    We drove 20 minutes to come to this location. It’s only open from 2 PM to 6 PM on Tuesdays. When we showEd up At 3:30 pm she locks the door in our face and tells us she is going to pick up her daughter and would probably be back by 4:30pm. Seriously? You are only open for 4 hours on Tuesday and you are leaving for over an hour in that time frame? That is poor management and incredibly unprofessional.

    Called to ask about rates and prices for cashing personal checks. The representative told be they do not discuss rates and charges over the phone?? I will not be doing business with this company.

    Unfortunately a year ago I paid off a 100 loan. I had dates and times for the company that now a year latter says oh you didn’t pay us. I am a retail store manager that does a lot of business in that area. The man that was working was given $117 that is what was owed with 3 other people in the store at the time. Someone called me in January of this year and asked about and I told them exactly what happened and I was told no problem. No calls or letters to collect and I find out the money was never put in as paid. The guy has now quit so no one can ask him. Be careful where you do business, if anyone remembers this or has had bad experiences let it be know. So this won’t happen to anyone else. They have now refused the payment and said it was turned to a collection agent. Not heard from them either.
