Check Into Cash Grandview

I am very annoyed. I called in to see how much it would cost to cash a payroll check. They refused to answer over the phone. I drove over and walked in and was very rudely greeted. She ordered me to sit down and wait. (I'd prefer not to sit in the office since my truck was 50 feet away). When it was my turn (3 minutes later) she told me I couldn't cash my payroll check because she didn't see me sign it. I signed it right in front of her! So I didn't trust the establishment. Then she said she needed my social security card. I told her I'm not giving anyone my social. She proceeded to complain about how I didn't sign my check in front of her, and asked the nice lady in the back if she should accept the check. She then asked for my social... I will never volunteer my SSN to a rude person who I feel doesn't want my best interest. I told her I didn't trust the establishment. Her response was "K bye". I've never met a service person so careless. I'm glad I didn't give her my social. Walmart does payroll checks for only 4$. They wanted 13$ with an attitude.

Under new management so they are much better to go see for your money needs. My bank wanted to keep my tax refund check 10 business days before putting into my account. I was able to cash it there that day. Yes, the fees were a bit high but I needed the money then. I've done business there ever since.

When I walked into the Grandview location, I was greated by to of the ladies that work at this location. The location was very neat and clean. Some of your other locations can take a page from this store. I will only come here to do any type of business. These ladies are always, nice and kind every time I come to this location.

I’m commenting on Mr. William Cove post the day that he was in the Grandview location I was in the store and miss an Nikita was not rude by any means she did tell him to have a seat because she was helping me and it was just a few moments and I was getting things situated cause I had to wait on somebody else that was after him and she did all the proper things as far as asking to cash a check he made a big ordeal about it with him being a new check cash and she was not rude she was not disrespectful by no means so he is blatantly telling a bold face lie Nikita is always kind and courteous every time I come into this location as well as Nicole.

Just called asking a question and she was very rude. If she doesn't like her job maybe she needs a new one because her customer service is awful

Horrible! Nakita was girl working and she was very rude and short on the phone and then when my husband got there she was extremely rude and said she couldnt reach the bank, which bank where check was from was open for another 45 minutes, so I would bet she didnt try. When I called to just simply ask where they were located she said "in the farm shopping center" and hung up. Will NEVER go here again and will make sure I warm others.

I love the customer service from the manager Nicloe, and her assistant Nikta. Every time i come into the center both of these ladies are always professional and business at all times. If any body says something different about these ladies and their professionalism, they are not telling the truth. I love this location. If i could give them more stars, i would.

Rude customer service over the phone. I called to ask a question and before I could even finish, the lady cuts me off and pretty much rushes me off the phone. I know this won't mean much but I will never call, yet alone, do business with Check into Cash.

The guy was super nice but this place freaking sucks. HUGE fees. Big hassle. Just awful. The lady on the phone said the fee was seven dollars. The actual fee was 24. Won’t ever be back.
