Fair. Don’t expect awesome Customer service but they serve the purpose. Not friendly not helpful. They don’t greet. They only work out of 1 window and really inconvenient. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you have an excess of free time.

Very nice staff. They work very fast and the manager, DIgna, is awesome ! Super nice young lady.

I definitely recommend this location to cash checks, money orders, paying bills and most importantly LOANS! I speak from experience. Very simple process. I rarely leave reviews but this place deserves it. Digna is a very great manager.. leads by example. I would like to thank them for making my monetary problems much easier

Unfortunately my time here today was wasted by the employee who took care of me , not only is the system flawed in receiving new customers but they thought my check was fraudulent so they gave a call to the bank it was issued by not only did they mess that up but we never received a call back, I will never ever use this idiotic company ever and I encourage anyone else to steer very far away.

Been coming here for years and the service is always great. The only problem is that they need more staff to work more than one or two windows. I believe the process would move a lot quicker because customers comes in for tons of different reasons.

Great customer service. Fast paced. I was In and out. The employees made my visit easy and painless.

Andrea excellent manager. Her energy is unmatched but anyone I’ve seen and the store was clean and organized.

The staff here is so rude. I came to fax one document and they had me standing there for an hour and a half, trying to convince me to just leave since it hasnt gone through yet. The girl refused to retry the fax and wouldnt let me see the paper to verify she put the number in right. So rude and disgusting to come to work not willing to actually work. This was after she tried to refuse to cash this mans check because she didnt see him sign it. Update: I went to another location and it completed within 5 minutes. Further proof the young girl just didnt want to actually help me.
