I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve never had a bad experience and they usually have me out in less than 10 minutes. The staff are friendly and very well mannered.

Customer service socks, they don't know what they are doing.

The girl in the main entrance she took so long to take care the costumers because she was on the phone while we were waiting

WARNING WARNING WARNING: DO NOT FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Very rude employees and terrible customer service. I am only giving one star because I could not give zero. I have frequented this check cashing place multiple times and every time the experience gets worse and worse. The treatment of African-Americans at this establishment is terrible. The last experience that I had here made me so uncomfortable and I was really hurt by the employee's actions. When first walking in the employee tried to deny me cashing my check stating it was over 15 days old(dated 5/29/19) when in fact it was only 6 days old(went to cash 6/4/19). I proceeded to let the employee know that the check is not past 15 days old and she responds "oh I thought it was July" with an attitude. I did become frustrated because every time I come to this establishment I'm always denied for some reason that cannot be supported(the last time I was there I heard another employee deny a customer stating that they do not cash checks over 90 days old). It seems they change the rules depending on who you are and get a kick out of being able to deny you service. The employee started speaking Spanish with the employee next to her and called me a pendejo(I guess because I'm black she figured I didn't know what it meant). I should not have been called out my name and disrespected because I was respectful to the employee. I never once cursed or called her out of her name. I let this comment slide because I just wanted my check cashed and I feel pretty silly because you don't let people disrespect you just because you need a service from them. The employee then goes to say "oh I cannot cash your check because the check is from out of state". I was trying to cash a check in Maryland when the check is from New Jersey, which is my home office. I was asking the employee when was this rule created since I've never heard this before. When addressing these concerns the employee is laughing at me and speaking in Spanish with the employee next to her. It is very rude for the employees to treat customers this way when they are supposed to be supplying a service to the community. No one else has reviewed on here but their Google reviews are bad as well please do not frequent this business! When asking for information about corporate office or a manager I was ignored and then she finally gave me a number. When I called it was just another employee from another one of their local branches. I guess she didn't want the manager to know that she's calling people out their names and cursing at them.

Terrible customer service, they close early and give false reasons as to why. And when confronted on it hang up and ignore calls. I have always come here for many years but after today i will be going elsewhere.

This morning I lived one of the most uncomfortable moments all the time sent money in this place and they have treated me very well but today I needed to send * $ amount and the cashier by law wanted me to send the amount that I had typed in the computer I kindly told him that I could not send that amount $ I finish attending the most impolite and pedantic way the 2 cashiers that are today are arrogant and unprofessional should teach them how to serve the client we all need them to work and we to use their services
