Ever since Brian left things went downhill. I am very patient by they really are the worst. Manager, tellers especially that on in the back she really have issues one day she is friendly the other day is a b. The only decent person left is John. I am really sad but I do t think I will be returning back to this branch. I’ve banked with chase for over 20 years with multiple business and personal chase private accounts. But I am really considering changing banks.

Had a worst service. The manager gave me an information and the next day she said something completely opposite. To Northvale branch: If you want to be informative and helpful, at least be consistence. Don't give anyone a false information. I will consider going to this branch only if the manager changes. Otherwise, NO to this place ever.

Of all the Chase branches I have ever gone to this is the only one that I return to without a knot in my stomach everyone is friendly everyone is helpful They go out of their way to do whatever they can no matter how long it takes. Brian the manager is exceptional no one is ever rude or unprofessional

I am not surprised by the other reviews here -- my experience has been the same. I have been a customer since this branch opened...Brian and the rest of the management team are outstanding!
