Chase Bank W Imperial Hwy, La Habra

I called in at 11am and made an appointment for 4pm on the phone. I get there 3:45, 15 min early to my appointment and the lady Won Hwang said please wait. Once my appointment time came, another lady showed up and sat down. They said they could not find my appointment on their system and proceeded to help the other lady. But I showed them the call history on my phone, and indeed it was the correct phone number. The branch manager was totally unhelpful and did not offer any assistance even though I had waited for 30 min at this point. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my business to such a disorganized bank!! Who knows what they will do with my money!!

Worst experience ever opening an account. Opened my account, they accidentally labeled it a fraud account, my employer deposited my check, they are holding it for 10 days, a payroll check! Lol Everyone at the bank tells you a different story. Bankers, tellers, managers, no one knows what is going on! I should have went with wells or Bank of America, do not recommend chase bank. As soon as they release money I am switching banks! As I am reading the reviews it is a common theme, they are just not doing good business. Stay away

I called earlier today a young lady on the phone asked what I needed help with I told notary service. She told me yes they can do it today for me but I needed to get there before 4pm. So I leave work race to get there on time then I walk in and the young lady who asked to help me tells me no they are t doing notary services I told her I just talked to a young lady on the phone. She said sorry we are t doing them, I mean don’t they all talk to each other and let each other know what’s going on. So frustrating. This Chase branch is for the birds.

went to open new account, no one care new customer

I've been trying to call the bank for almost an hour and keep getting the message "We're busy. Call back in a few moments." I gave them my check reorder a month ago and just discovered it was never submitted. Maybe if they had more people working and fewer automated machines...

The staffs at this branch are very friendly and considerate to their clients. They opened their door 10 minutes earlier to assist the clients waiting outside with big smile. Especially, Amalia, a teller, is professional, informative and friendly. The place is also very clean.

This is the 9th different chase bank I've called nobody picks up their phones what a joke

I need more bankers at the windows. The bankers there are very friendly. More tellers at the windows will alleviate too many customers waiting in line while social distancing.

It's very hard to reach by the phone. Spent more than an hour and always ended up with recording stated " all representatives currently are busy". Definitely need to improve on this customer service.

Waited more than 15 minutes to see someone to print a statement and three desk bankers I'm sure we're busy but not one had a customer.
