Chase Bank W March Ln, Stockton

This branch has good customer service sometimes too busy though with less teller and sometimes they're unexpectedly closed? But still good when they are open and not busy.

Came in last Friday. The women said no ones available and to open my account online and what information I should have in hand. Ok cool, no problem. Went online, went through the entire process and then waited. They emailed saying I need to open this account in person. Ok great. Went to the location and was told no ones available and I need to schedule and appointment. So I scheduled the earliest appointment. Icing on the cake is that the same person who told me no one was available twice was the person who the appointment was with on the busiest day I've seen the place. In total an hour process took 2 hours of drive time, hour online application, multiple visits and waits to meet with the same person who told me no one was available.

Very helpful and clean inside. Parking is rough but it's shared so it is what it is

I've had a few problems here. They usually are helpful. They are quick and efficient most of the time and a few of the staff are nice. Some of the staff, not so nice. Some are not as helpful either. I think it's the way they say things to you. Basically, saying they don't believe you and your a liar. I'm definitely not the one lying!! It's not appropriate to make a customer feel you think they are lying. Especially if the customer is telling you a fact on thier account and you already admitted there has been major computer errors that happened. I understand they have to try and shine the best light on thier company and can't admit thier wrong, but don't call people lairs. I am very unhappy and can't trust my account to be accurate doesn't sit well with me. Would it sit well with you?

Longest wait time ever seen in a chase branch ALWAYS! , customer are literally leaving the branch looking at the line being so long zero bankers available only 3 tellers, walked in at 2:30 pm and it's now 2:55 pm and I still don't think I'll be getting out any time soon for a quick deposit and withdraw ! I think I need to switch to bank of the west too now lol!

I went in the other day. Always such friendly service from the tellers there! Makes coming in worth it

Why put on your website you are open. Today is the 2nd time in 1week no windows open.

Hard to find parking sometimes, but customer service is usually good. Tellers are very friendly and the longest I've waited for a teller is 15 minutes. Recommend booking an appointment if you need to see someone to open or close a new card or account (non-teller business), as the wait times are significantly shorter.

I came on a Sunday evening. That drive through machine is legit.... waited in a long line that went way quick and got a withdraw of cash in less then 2 min. Nice
