Chase Bank Main St, Hackensack

The staff at this branch could not have been friendlier, more courteous and helpful. Today, I needed to have a document notarized and Adam was extremely patient and helpful. In fact, everyone at this branch was very professional and helpful.

First, all of the workers inside the bank were friendly and attentive. They had all supplies at the ready, such as a lot of pens and all the slips you need to fill out. They also have a drive-thru. The only drawback to this location is that they are inside an office building. It is not a standalone building. You need to park outside the office building, walk around to an entrance, and go in to find the bank on the lobby level. If walking is a problem for you, this is not the branch for you to walk into. However, if you are limited you can use the drive-thru.

You walk in and there is no directory there isn't anyone to greet you. Employees will walk right past you with not even a "what are you here for today can I be of any help. It took 45 mins just for me I add a chase liquid card to my existing account.

If you can avoid using this bank, then do so. There is always an issue with their ATM. It is very inconvenient for all of the customers, and you would think that they would try to get the issue fixed, but every time I go to this bank it either doesn't except deposits, it does not print receipts, or it's just all together down.

They are very friendly and courtesy, but not helpful. They can probably do the regular bank transactions, but that's about it. I don't remember how long we are have been with Chase, but, maybe time to review our relationship.

I actually had a different experience in this branch then everyone else it seems. Yes Atm’s are not always reliable, but banking is an experience. My experience was awesome. I had a rep help me right away with opening a business account. They were noligable and quick! This is my new home! Edward,

I came in late this Friday and the notary was on her way out. She asked me what I needed and I told her and she helped me right away. Very helpful and kind and I know everyone is eager to go home on a Friday but she took her time to help me anyway.

What nonsense. I went in to get auto loan and the guy at the branch said no they dont do it. Lol what bank doesn't do auto loan Good bye chase I will take my business elsewhere

Literally chase is the best. Angel is great, and so is Abel. Good conversation, fast service. And free coffeeeeeeeee
