Chase Bank Se 82nd Dr, Clackamas

I cannot believe the people who work in this bank. I have a bank account, a secondary business account, and a credit card account that I've always paid faithfully. My businesses sales are wired into this bank daily. Because of the women in this branch, I will take my business elsewhere. It will be a pain, but worth it to never see them again. I dealt with a painfully heavy set woman, and a younger girl with dark hair, my ID, my business card, and my credit card were not enough pieces of information. Maybe I could have given them some DNA, or better yet, a Stool sample to prove my identity. That's all they are worth. Bye Felicia!!

Although this is a new brand but the way Chase's employees run it was aweful. Today when I get in line waiting for banking, I witness a young white girl, she probably a supervisor, raise a loud voice with an impolite attitude to 2 old Asian customers, I feel so sad for them. In my turn, I am served by a black young girl whose is friendly with positive attitude, when she calls for help, the young white girl comes and has exactly behaviour to me as she had done with the other customers. I am really disappointed and immediately close my account and walk away - bye bye Chase, see you no more! Keep your bull...t employee and do banking with monkeys.

I went banking at this brand and I was stunned by the behavior of the white fat girl who first contact customers when people walk in. Instead of explain to the customer she was fighting with her words, that was not a professional customer service - don’t know why the brand manager keep her on the front line, that definitely rip off Chase’s images.

Not sure what the other reviews based on ethnicity are all about. Welcome to the brave new world, I guess. I've visited this new location several times and it's always been good, no matter the color of the skin of the representative. I like the location and that it's no longer inside of a shopping center. Very convenient.

I asked a question and I was ignored. Horrible customer service as well, certainly won’t be doing my business here and I recommend the same for everyone else.
