Chase Bank Main St, Oneida

Staff is always very friendly and Carlyn LaGoy in particular has been an excellent resource in all of my business banking. She is always so knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient with my concerns. So much appreciated! It makes being a small business owner that much easier.

i will never bank with chase bank again. the froze my account for 180 days and then closed my account with over a thousand dollars in it. they said it was protocol to send me a check. here it is.. a year later and zero check ever came

Slow service. I had to physically come into the branch as I had not used my funded checking account in a while, so had to drive in to receive funds from a 3rd party using the sub-par mobile app called Zelle. Then had to wait and waitmore, finally deal with less than competent banking staff. Avoid. Oh yeah, they won't let you use the restroom either.

Rude teller. System is down so no way to withdraw savings. Its horrible when you cant get your own money out of the bank.

Been in oneida for years and years

This branch is excellent. Not only is it clean, well done, and easy to get to… The staff went out of their way to make sure that my transaction was done smoothly. If you need to conduct business in the area, this is the spot.

Susan Martin, the branch manager helped me work out a banking issue going way above and beyond what one might normally expect. I have been a Chase customer for decades but it was the first time I had occasion to be in the Oneida Branch

Had issue with automated services . Staff are friendly and coffee is not bad.
