Worst chase branch on Long Island. The teller shorted me $300 after asking for two different amounts of cash in two different envelopes. After two weeks and 4 trips to the branch I finally was able to speak to the manager. She was unhelpful and had no resolution other than wait for the escalation department to contact me back. One month and 5 days later I receive a call telling me there’s nothing they can do and the case is closed. I don’t go to a banking institution to be robbed of my hard earned money. I will be contacting the treasury department to make a formal complaint and robbery. Do not use this branch or chase at all... they do not protect you or have your back if there is a problem.

This is the absolute worst Chase Branch on Long Island. The staff is horrific rude sloppy and crude. You are told that you have to wait for someone to help you because they have no one. It's time to close this branch. Called Corporate to report this location. Its time for a large change of clientele at this branch.

Usually this location is a Five star. Due to the pandemic it is painful waiting online outside for over 40 mins every single time. Something needs to change maybe more staff? I don’t recommend going to this branch during this time
