Chase Bank Rockland Rd, Lake Bluff

Stopped in for a simple cash withdrawal while waiting for my replacement card in the mail. Laura was the one that assisted me and in that short amount of time she was so friendly and helpful. Brought me up to speed on some of the online services I haven’t utilized yet and offered to help set them up. All while processing the withdrawal quickly at the same time. Great service!

Very nice and clean branch of Chase. The staff are super helpful and courteous. The only small issue I have with this branch is the parking situation. This branch shares a small parking lot with several other businesses and therefor, parking is very limited. You could park in the Target lot, but then you have to cross the road with no dedicated crossing points. People drive a little crazy around there, soooooo not the best.

Great service and very clean. People understand that time is money and help you out as quickly as possible.

Went here once and the customer service is outstanding. Ignat who was working was very helpful and very very nice.

The only good thing about this location is Alan (he will help with anything as the manager is playing on his phone is his office 90% of the time). Other than that, expect poor/lack of any management and inexperienced front help. Lake Forest and surrounding Chase locations are much better. Hopefully, they get new management soon to improve this location.

The bank itself is good but it's in a horrible location. The parking lot is so busy and the only time I can get there is lunch time. The spaces are too small and the lot was not designed correctly for traffic flow.
