1 star because of the parking here. My main bank in woodbridge Closed so I'm forced to come here. Something needs 5o be done about parking. there's just one way in and one way out. Always traffic. Can't get in or out. Its horrible.

I absolutely love this Branch, tellers and bank specialists are extremely nice and helpful. Location is extremely clean and upscaled to the future of banking, I absolutely love the interior design ! They also have a drive thru ATM which is a plus ! Angelica & Michelle, are the best! Probably. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

The worst branch ever in New Jersey, the staff very rude and when you ask them something they answer with bad attitude thank God I don't need to deal with that location otherwise I will close my account, but I'm very happy with secaucus location the staff there amazing and helpful.
