Chase Bank Ashford Ave, Dobbs Ferry

I have been to this branch several times to deposit checks and every time, there's a teller who questions my joint checking account. It's only a deposit and I have my ID and debit card, so I will be going elsewhere to conduct my transactions.

I live in this area and I avoid it at all cost. They don't greet consumers, maybe only those the know personally. Drive thru is even worst. Minimal service as if they lack adequate staff. Unfortunately this is my consistent experience. I go to the ATM only which is oddly place away from parking and convenient to those entering from the side walk. Advice: Go an extra mile and head to the Ardsley location. I've never had an issue there.

There are good with service. Well...

Went to open a small business checking account and got the most god awful service. Woman that helped us was robotic and read off the online page for card benefits (word for word), had no expertise or advice to offer, didn't tell us about how the welcome offer for a certain card was only for miles, didn't tell us there's a $200 introductory offer when you open a bank account with them and deposit a certain amount in the first 10 days (I came with a check that had double that amount), and made copies of all our documents and yet when I called them today they had no recollection of the documents or knew where they were... Oh yeah, she also told us she applied for the business CC, which turns out - a week and a half later after not hearing from her - that the application was never submitted at all. Called manager about it today, was told that she was in a meeting and was going to call me back, never did. Chase, you just lost a customer, and I'm taking my personal accounts somewhere else as well.

I've been going to this branch for the past 2 years and always had a nice and welcoming experience.
