Chase Bank W San Carlos St, San Jose

What is the point of having this bank if it doesn’t have tellers it ridiculous that you have people there but I can’t speak with a real person. Probably the worst and most pointless chase bank I have been to. The amount of confusion and disappointment in why this one exists baffles me.

This branch has friendly staff and it's very clean. When I came in today I noticed that it's newly remodeled. Alex is a great banker who was very helpful and kind. He truly left me with a great impression of Chase. The customer service experience at this branch never disappoints me.

Today I went to change a check and the cashier Alonzo And Andrea Vazquez gave me a really bad service. After I asked to change another check I had and they had to ask the account owner that had written me the check, I think they thought I had stolen the check. I wouldn't ever go back due to the bad service and the bad treatment. I am a chase client for more than 3 years.

Love this place. Every once in a while I need currency of a certain denomination and the atm here lets you do just that. I can choose the number of 5's and 20's among others. Parking is available in the garage and you can enter the bank from the road or from the garage. Very convenient location as well. They are well staffed and there is always someone ready to help.

Prize patrol, this is the spot. The floral place? Really? No. Here. Bring me something I'll really appreciate.

The ATMs here are poorly maintained. They’re frequently either out of order (don’t recognize any cards), or out of twenty dollar bills. This is the closest Chase to my house, but I’ve started to avoid going there because it’s so unreliable.

Avoid this location. Parking is limited and customer service sub par. I've come here on 3 separate occasions and they are always understaffed. 1 person available to help each time. If you simply need to use the ATM, then sure this place is fine.

In a hurry needing some cash for Chinese New Year, withdrew some cash from the ATM outside, but the bill are all really old and scattered. I went inside and asked for two 50 dollars bills, the guy who helped me dig through many 50 dollars bills to find me newer ones. And when I asked for two red envelopes (I was surprised that they even have them) the guy decided to give me a stack of them. Thank you so much for all your helps!

I went there on Tuesday and asked the girl that work there. For change fives and ones. (Is for business) i had the account number and my valid driver's license. And she said i cant get change because my name dont appears on the account. I work as a manager and i always get change from any chase branch. But this one impacted me when she told im not allowed to get change.. come on really? The owner lives in Greenfield how can he come and get change for his business? I make deposit every single day on that account. It is embarrassing that i cant get change. I will never go back to that branch( san carlos an meridian) i would give 0 stars if i could.

Very helpful and friendly. I'm handicapped. Wheelchair lady. I like the helpfulness.
