They seem to be understaffed. Appointments are needed for the smallest issues and are often not available on the same day you call. Is it just covid or is it something chronic?

Worse service! The ladies hate their job. They are not friendly what so ever. They will do little to nothing to help you. You're a inconvenience to their day when you go. I've been with chase for over 12 years and have never experienced this kind of unpleasant service and disrespect. After going to that branch truly made me want to reconsider my bank. So disappointed.

Worst customer care in all AZ. Will be looking into a new bank that actually wants my business and does not treat me like a child or worst. A little advice to your tellers, be curtious and be nice to your clients.

Worst experience ever all the women basically speak to you in Spanish when you go up to them and you try to explain to them and English and they don't understand big English words I've been with Chase since 2015 and I have never struggled with a single transaction from my home City and I come here and this is the only Bank that I asked for my ID my social my card and then still ask for another identification just to make sure it's me and they still requested my husband just because it's the Border they expect everyone to have something bad going on worst customer service ever

Went to deposit $15,000 and open a checking account and was told I need to schedule an appointment and it would be sometime next week. Will take my business to another bank. Never heard of a bank not willing to take your money.

Quick line, very friendly teller that was easy to talk to and great smile. I don't know why others complain about the tellers here. Martha always says hello and Luis seems eager to assist you in setting up a new account. The safe looks legitimate. I think they offer coffee or at least they used to. Also, you can get Darth Vader Debit cards here!

Chase assigned my SSN "by error" to someone else and now they can not do anything to removed it. I have spent at least 20 hours, 5-6 visits to fix this, and the only solution that they gave me is that the other person to close their account... HORRIBLE processes @chasesupport @chase @jpmorgan

The drive up atms are dog doo. Ill change my rating when they finally fix them or repalce them.
